• Exchange Period: You may exchange your purchased item within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Conditions for Exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • Exchanges will only be accepted for sizing issues or manufacturing defects.

• Process for Exchange:

  • Provide your order details and clearly state the reason for exchange.

  • Upon approval, ship the item back to us (shipping details will be provided via email).

  • The shipping cost for returning the item will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect.
